Welcome to Funds Rupee, a digital lending and financial technology platform designed to facilitate access to various credit and financing products. The platform enables users to explore personal loans, business loans, and other tailored financing solutions, while also providing technology-enabled services that support instalment-based transactions, customer onboarding, credit origination, and related operational processes for its partnered financial institutions (“Financiers”).
As a Lending Service Provider (LSP), Funds Rupee performs certain outsourced activities on behalf of its Financiers in accordance with applicable service agreements. These activities may include customer sourcing, preliminary assessment, monitoring, and collection-related support, as permitted under applicable laws and contractual arrangements. The platform aims to deliver a convenient, efficient, and technology-driven credit experience to users across India.
By accessing or using Funds Rupee, you confirm that you have carefully reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use (“ToU”) along with the associated Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform signifies your ongoing acceptance of all terms, conditions, notices, and obligations stated herein. Funds Rupee reserves the right to amend or update these terms at its discretion, without prior notice.
You acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted all applicable charges, fees, commissions, and the Key Fact Statement issued by the Financier. Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.
Neither Funds Rupee nor its representatives shall offer any incentives, gifts, rebates, or benefits beyond those expressly stated in the official product disclosures.
Loan applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear may not be processed. Any delay or rejection resulting from such deficiencies shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
Submission of a loan application does not guarantee approval. The Financier retains full discretion to approve, modify, reduce, or decline any loan request.
The Financier may disclose your personal information, loan details, repayment behavior, defaults, or security-related information to authorized entities such as credit bureaus, regulators, financial institutions, affiliates, service providers, or rating agencies for verification, credit evaluation, monitoring, or compliance purposes.
The Financier may retain application forms, documents, photographs, or related records irrespective of whether the loan is approved or rejected.
In the event of delayed or missed payments, penal charges or other applicable fees may be imposed, in addition to any contractual or legal remedies available to the Financier. Additional documentation may be required for continued assessment.
You declare that all information provided during the application process is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You agree to utilize the loan amount strictly for the stated purpose and not for unlawful, speculative, prohibited, or restricted activities.
You confirm that you are not classified as a Politically Exposed Person. If your status changes, you must inform the Financier immediately. Enhanced due diligence procedures may apply to PEP accounts.
You authorize the Financier to share your application details and supporting documents with affiliates, service providers, credit bureaus, partners, or regulatory authorities for verification, credit assessment, and risk management.
You confirm that you have read and understood all terms governing the loan.
You declare that you are a citizen of India.
Funds Rupee shall not be responsible for delivery timelines, performance, or quality of goods or services purchased using the loan amount.
In the event of loan cancellation, you agree to bear any applicable annualized charges on the utilized amount. Processing fees shall be non-refundable except where a cooling-off period applies.
Any digital or electronic sanction communication is provisional and subject to final approval upon completion of documentation and verification.
Loan-related documents, including the welcome letter, Key Fact Statement, and repayment schedule, will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address, or made available through the Funds Rupee mobile application.
If discrepancies are identified in statements or records, you must notify the Financier promptly. Such notification shall not delay or suspend your repayment obligations.
You agree to repay all dues through NACH mandates, bank transfers, or other payment methods accepted by the Financier. You must maintain sufficient balance in the linked account to honor repayment instructions.
You shall not revoke, modify, or block the repayment mandate without clearing all outstanding dues.
You authorize the Financier to access your credit score and obtain credit information from approved credit bureaus.
You consent to receive calls, SMS messages, alerts, or promotional communications related to loan products, notwithstanding any Do-Not-Disturb registration.
In the event of inconsistency between these terms and specific loan agreements, the loan documents shall prevail.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account.
Funds Rupee does not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of platform content or services.
Any content downloaded, printed, or copied is accessed at your own risk. Funds Rupee shall not be liable for altered, corrupted, or incomplete materials.
Funds Rupee shall not be responsible for losses arising from technical failures, delays, service interruptions, system errors, or inaccuracies.
Access to services may be restricted or suspended without prior notice in the event of security risks or operational necessity.
Funds Rupee may modify, restructure, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including design, features, or content, at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing updates periodically.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure informational accuracy, Funds Rupee does not guarantee completeness or correctness of all content.
If misuse or violation of these terms is suspected, Funds Rupee may take appropriate action, including:
Issuing warnings
Temporarily or permanently restricting access
Blocking access by device or IP address
Requesting service providers to restrict access
Initiating legal proceedings
Suspending or terminating user accounts
You agree to indemnify Funds Rupee and its affiliates against any losses or claims arising from misuse of the platform.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. Funds Rupee does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or services of such external platforms.
All services and activities provided through Funds Rupee shall be governed by the laws of India. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Funds Rupee, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expense arising from:
Use or inability to use the platform
Inaccurate or unavailable services
Technical issues, delays, or system failures
Viruses or harmful components
Reliance on platform content or statements
